His restaurants Alma, Alma Cafe and Brasa Rotisserie are some of the best in the Twin Cities and he is widely considered one of the most well respected leaders in our industry. We speak with Alex about his experience in the hospitality industry, working in NY, coming back to MPLS to open Restaurant Alma, battling the cruelty in the business and lack of strong leadership that is so often the case in restaurants.
