Ovation at The Guthrie Theater

In just five weeks, we created, developed and opened Ovation at the Guthrie Theater. Ovation was a restaurant on the fifth floor of the theater, designed for pre-show dining. We created the concept, food and beverage programs, SOPs, steps of service, led both graphic and interior design changes and trained the team. A full blown new restaurant from idea to opening night in less than two months.
